All jewelry pieces are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
However, due to variations in gemstones and handcrafted production, slight differences in color, weight, or dimensions may occur.
Such variations are not considered defects but part of the natural uniqueness of each creation.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, which encrypts your data and complies with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
Luciano Gobbo does not store or have access to your full payment information.
We currently accept payments from cards issued by major U.S. financial institutions.

4. Orders & Availability

Our jewelry is produced in limited quantities.
Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until payment is confirmed.
If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders only within the United States.
Processing times are typically 15 to 20 business days for handcrafted pieces, and 3 days for ready-to-ship items.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Luciano Gobbo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control (such as weather or logistics disruptions).

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
