Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in preparing and shipping every Luciano Gobbo piece. Because our jewelry is handcrafted in limited quantities, production and delivery times may vary depending on the item.

1. Shipping Area
   At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
   Orders placed with international addresses will not be processed and will be canceled.

2. Processing Time
   • Made-to-order pieces: Please allow 15 to 20 business days for production and preparation before shipping.
   • Ready-to-ship items: Usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Method
   All orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers, primarily FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and service availability.
   Each shipment is prepared with care and includes tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is in transit.
   Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address.

4. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
   Free shipping or upgraded shipping may be offered during specific promotions. When available, these options will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Time
   Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and selected service.
   Remote areas, high-volume holiday periods, or severe weather may cause additional delays.
   Luciano Gobbo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
   If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact@lucianogobbo.com

   We will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund after the claim is reviewed.

7. Returns
   We accept returns only for defective or damaged items, according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
   Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
